摘要
肝郁脾虚证是临床常见证候,在多种疾病中出现且病机复杂。本文通过对中医古籍文献进行梳理,考证肝郁脾虚证历史沿革及源流,呈现其发展历程。发现肝郁脾虚证的概念萌芽于先秦两汉时期;魏晋隋唐时期肝脾疾病谱得以扩展;宋金元时期其病因病机及治法方药已初具雏形;明清时期其理论发展成熟,肝脾同调成为主流治法。综观古代医家的论述,肝郁脾虚证的内涵随着肝主疏泄和脾主运化的动态演变而演变。本文为深入理解和认识肝郁脾虚证提供了理论基础,也为临床实践提供了可借鉴的参考和依据。
Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome is a common clinical syndrome,which occurs in a variety of diseases and is complex.Through combing the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper textual research on the historical evolution and origin of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,presenting its development history.It was found that the concept of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome sprouted in the pre-Qin and Han dynasties;the spectrum of liver and spleen diseases expanded in the Wei,Jin,Sui and Tang dynasties;its etiology and treatment prescriptions had begun to take shape in the Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties;its theory developed and matured in the Ming and Qing dynasties,and the liver and spleen became the mainstream treatment.Looking at the discussion of ancient physicians,the connotation of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome evolves with the dynamic evolution of liver control and spleen transport.This article provides a theoretical basis for in-depth understanding and understanding of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,and also provides a reference and basis for clinical practice.
