摘要
寻常痤疮病因病机古代所论不多,仅以外邪、湿聚、血热立论;近代论述较多,从风热、肺热、血热、胃肠积热、血瘀痰结、冲任失调、阴虚不足七个方面阐述;作者又提出从热郁痰三方面来总体概括认识此病,既体现了中医的整体观,更有利于指导临床治疗。
Few etiology and pathogenesis of common acne were discursed in ancient times,and they were only discussed from exopathogens,dampness stagnation and blood-heat.While in modern times,more about etiology and pathogenesis were discussed from wind-heat,lung-heat,blood-heat,heat stagnated in stomache and intestine,blood stasis and phlegm accamulation,dysfunction of chong and ren channels,yin dysfunction.The author also states that the overall summarization and underanding of the disease from three aspects （heat,stagnation and phlegm） not only embody the wholism of tratitional Chinese medicine,but also help to instruct the clinical treatment.
