摘要
以海藻酸钠(SA)和木质素磺酸钠(SL)为原料,采用湿法纺丝制备海藻酸钠/木质素磺酸钠(SA/SL)纤维,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、电子单纤强力机、旋转流变仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪和紫外可见分光光度计对其结构、力学、流变、形貌、结晶、热性能和紫外阻隔性能等进行了表征。结果表明,SA/SL复合纤维表面变粗糙,沟槽较多;SA与SL复合纤维主要通过氢键和范德瓦尔斯力相结合;SA/SL复合纤维的断裂强度为2.46 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为11.28%,SL的添加提高了SA纤维的结晶度与热稳定性。SA/SL复合纤维具有优良的紫外阻隔性能。
Sodium alginate/sodium lignosulfonate(SA/SL)fibers were prepared via wet spinning method using sodium alginate(SA)and sodium lignosulfonate(SL)as raw materials.The structure,mechanical property,rheological behavior,morphology,crystallinity,thermal stability,and ultraviolet(UV)shielding performance of SA/SL fibers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),electronic single-fiber strength tester,rotational rheometer,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry(UV-Vis).The results revealed that the surface of the SA/SL composite fibers was rough with lots of grooves.The SA/SL composite fibers were primarily stabilized through hydrogen bonding and van der Waals interactions.The breaking strength and elongation at break of the SA/SL composite fibers were measured as 2.46 cN/dtex and 11.28%,respectively.The crystallinity and thermal stability of the SA fibers were improved by addition of SL.The SA/SL composite fibers exhibited excellent UV shielding performance.
