摘要
以烯丙基聚乙二醇(APEG)、乙烯基硅基纳米粒子(VSNP)、海藻酸钠(SA)为原料,采用湿法纺丝制备了双网络相变海藻纤维(CA/VSNP-APEG)。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、电子单纤强力仪、差式扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和热重分析仪(TG)对CA/VSNP-APEG纤维的结构、力学、相变、形貌、结晶和热性能等进行了表征。结果表明,CA/VSNP-APEG纤维具有良好的相变性能和良好的韧性:相变纤维的断裂伸长率达到16.08%,相变纤维的熔融焓为22.92J/g,熔融温度29.78~49.39℃,结晶焓20.04J/g,结晶温度-10.78~11.45℃;相比于纯CA纤维,相变纤维表面“沟槽”明显。
Allyl polyethylene glycol(APEG),vinyl silicon-based nanoparticles(VSNP)and sodium alginate(SA)were used as raw materials to prepare double network phase change seaweed fiber(CA/VSNP-APEG)by wet spinning.The structure,mechanical properties,phase change,morphology,crystallization properties and thermal properties of CA/VSNP-APEG fibers were characterized by FT-IR,electronic single fiber strength meter,DSC,SEM,XRD and TG.The results showed that CA/VSNP-APEG fibers had good phase change properties and excellent toughness.The breaking elongation of phase fibers reached 16.08%.The enthalpy of melting of phase change fibers is 22.92 J/g and the melting temperature range is 29.78 to 49.39℃.The enthalpy of crystallization is 20.04 J/g and the crystallization temperature range is-10.78 to 11.45℃.Compared with the pure CA fibers,the phase change fibers have distinctive surface“grooves”.
