摘要
本文主要研究一种快速、准确的火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS),用于测定粗杂铜中银含量。针对铜基体干扰问题,优化样品前处理流程(采用硝酸-盐酸混合体系消解样品),并通过基体匹配法消除干扰;同时确定最佳仪器参数(波长328.1 nm,乙炔流量1.2 L/min,燃烧头高度8 mm)。实验结果表明:银的线性范围为0.1~5.0μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9995),方法检出限为0.05μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于2.5%(n=6),加标回收率为98.5%~102.3%。实际样品分析结果与标准方法(ICP-OES)吻合良好(相对误差<3%)。本方法操作简便、灵敏度高、成本低,适用于粗杂铜中微量银的快速检测,可为冶炼工艺优化及贵金属回收提供可靠数据支持。
This study aimed to establish a rapid and accurate flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)method for determining silver content in crude copper.To address matrix interference from copper,the sample pretreatment process was optimized using a nitric acid-hydrochloric acid mixed system for digestion,and matrix interference was eliminated via matrix matching.Key instrument parameters were determined,including a wavelength of 328.1 nm,acetylene flow rate of 1.2 L/min,and burner height of 8 mm.Experimental results demonstrated a linear range of 0.1~5.0μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9995),a method detection limit of 0.05μg/mL,a relative standard deviation(RSD)of less than 2.5%(n=6),and spiked recovery rates of 98.5%~102.3%.Analysis of actual samples showed good a-greement with the standard ICP-OES method(relative error<3%).This method is simple,highly sensitive,and cost-effective,making it suitable for rapid detection of trace silver in crude copper.It provides reliable data support for optimizing smelting processes and recovering precious metals.
