摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对电镀液中铅(Pb^(2+))、铜(Cu^(2+))、镍(Ni^(2+))含量进行测定,并对两种方法予以评估。样品经微波消解后,两种方法均展现出良好的线性关系(R^(2)>0.999),加标回收率高且精密度良好。研究结果表明,FAAS适用于常规检测,而ICP-MS则适用于超痕量分析。该研究为电镀液质量控制及环境监测提供了准确可靠的检测方法。
Flame atomic absorption spectroscopy(FAAS)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)were used to determine the content of lead(Pb^(2+)),copper(Cu^(2+)),and nickel(Ni^(2+))in electroplating solutions,and the two methods were evaluated.After microwave digestion of the sample,both methods showed a good linear relationship(R^(2)>0.999),with high recovery rate and good precision.The research results indicate that FAAS is suitable for routine detection,while ICP-MS is suitable for ultra trace analysis.This study provides accurate and reliable detection methods for quality control and environmental monitoring of electroplating solutions.
