电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定钼铌合金中铌含量

Determination of Niobium Content in Molybdenum Niobium Alloy by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

摘要 试样采用硝酸-氢氟酸-双氧水溶解,于电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)上测定钼铌合金中的常量元素铌含量。选择Nb 295.088 nm及Nb 313.078 nm为分析谱线,采用基体匹配法消除钼基体的干扰,两条谱线线性相关系数r均达到0.9999以上,方法定量下限分别为0.16%及0.14%,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)均小于4%,加标回收率为98%~102%,该方法简便快捷、精准度高,满足钼铌合金中测定常量元素铌含量的要求。 The sample was dissolved in nitric acid hydrofluoric acid hydrogen peroxide and the content of the constant element niobium in molybdenum niobium alloy was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Nb 295.088 nm and Nb 313.078 nm were selected as the analysis spectral lines,and the interference of molybdenum matrix was eliminated by matrix matching method.The linear correlation coefficients r of the two spectral lines reached above 0.9999,and the quantitative lower limits of the method were 0.16%and 0.14%,respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=9)of the measurement results were less than 4%,and the recovery rate was 98%~102%.This method is simple,fast,and accurate,meeting the requirements for determining the content of constant element niobium in molybdenum niobium alloys.
