摘要
目的将早期康复治疗应用于脑梗死偏瘫合并2型糖尿病患者,对其生活质量的改善情况进行探究。方法选取2022年6月—2024年6月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的脑梗死偏瘫合并2型糖尿病患者80例,根据不同的治疗方法分组,对照组40例,开展常规治疗,观察组40例,增加早期康复治疗。就两组血糖水平、肢体功能、生活质量展开统计和比对。结果治疗后,观察组糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组日常生活能力量表(Activity of Daily Liv⁃ing Scale,ADL)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估表(Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,FMA)评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组情感职能、精神健康、社会功能、生理功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对于脑梗死偏瘫合并2型糖尿病患者,开展早期康复治疗效果显著,可明显降低其血糖水平,增强肢体功能,提升生活质量。
Objective Early rehabilitation therapy was applied to patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia compli⁃cated with type 2 diabetes,and the improvement of their quality of life was explored.Methods From June 2022 to June 2024,80 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia and type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University.According to different treatment methods,40 patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with early rehabilita⁃tion.The blood glucose level,limb function and quality of life of the two groups were statistically compared.Results After treatment,the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin,2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)and Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of emotional function,mental health,social function and physiological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia complicated with type 2 diabetes,early rehabili⁃tation treatment has a significant effect,which can significantly reduce their blood glucose levels,enhance limb func⁃tion,and improve quality of life.
