摘要
目的:探究下肢康复机器人训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能障碍的康复效果。方法:选择2023年7月—2024年10月广州医科大学附属清远医院收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用常规康复训练干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用下肢康复机器人训练干预。比较两组下肢运动功能、平衡能力、步行能力。结果:干预后,两组下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能、Berg平衡量表评分均高于干预前,且研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后研究组步行能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中后偏瘫患者开展下肢康复机器人训练,可显著强化其下肢运动功能,有效提高患者的平衡能力与步行能力。
Objective:To explore the rehabilitation effect of lower extremity rehabilitation robot training on lower extremity dysfunction in hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods:A total of 60 patients with stroke admitted to Qingyuan Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University from July 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and a study group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation training intervention,while the study group received lower extremity rehabilitation robot training intervention on the basis of the control group.The lower extremity motor function,balance ability and walking ability of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment of the lower extremities and Berg Balance Scale scores in both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the study group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The walking ability of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conducting lower extremity rehabilitation robot training for hemiplegic patients after stroke can significantly enhance their lower extremity motor function and effectively improve their balance ability and walking ability.
