职业本科教育产教融合育人的成效、不足及提升策略——基于学生视角的质性分析 被引量:2

Educational Effectiveness,Shortages and Enhancement Strategies of Industry-education Integration in Vocational Undergraduate Education——A Qualitative Analysis from the Students Perspective

摘要 产教融合作为职业教育供给侧结构性改革的核心路径,既是现代职业教育体系高质量发展的内生动力,也是落实教育强国战略的实践必然。基于对26名职业本科专业学生的深度访谈发现,产教融合育人模式对学生的专业知识积累、专业技能增长、学习策略探索、沟通能力提高以及职业素养提升具有赋能效应,但在实践场域中存在育人理念偏差、目标效能错配、资源条件局限、管理机制松散、支撑体系薄弱等问题。鉴于此,为提升产教融合育人成效,职业本科院校应遵循培养规律更新育人理念,强化产教融合认知深度;锚定职业能力优化目标效能,提升产教融合育人精度;契合产业升级整合资源条件,拓展产教融合育人广度;秉持规范协同创新管理机制,增强产教融合育人效度;依托多元赋能健全支撑体系,夯实产教融合育人基础。 As the core pathway for the supply-side structural reform of vocational education,industry-education integration serves as both the internal driving force for the high-quality development of modern vocational education system and the practical necessity for implementing the strategy of building a powerful education country.Based on in-depth interviews with 26 vocational undergraduate students,this study finds that the cultivation mode of industry-education integration empowers students in various aspects,including the accumulation of professional knowledge,enhancement of professional skills,iteration of learning strategies,improvement of communication abilities,and development of professional competencies.However,in teaching practice,the mode faces challenges in misaligned educational philosophies,mismatched goal effectiveness,limited resource conditions,loose management mechanisms,and weak support systems.In view of this,efforts should be made in five dimensions:updating educational concepts,optimizing goal effectiveness,integrating resources conditions,innovating management mechanisms,and strengthening support systems,so as to enhance the educational effectiveness of industry-education integration in vocational undergraduate education.
