摘要
随着数字技术的快速发展,公共管理领域面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战,数字化赋能成为提升公共管理人才培养质量的关键路径。数字化赋能公共管理人才培养模式的实践路径包括以课程改革为核心驱动专业数字化转型,以虚拟仿真实验平台建设有效支撑人才培养方式变革,聚焦大多数课程纳入数字化内容或者以数字化为背景,优化课程体系设计,以应对数字时代公共治理的新需求。
With the rapid development of digital technologies,the field of public administration faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges,and digital empowerment has become a key avenue for enhancing the quality of talent cultivation.Practical pathways for a digitally empowered public administration talent cultivation model include driving the digital transformation of the discipline through curriculum reform as the core engine,effectively supporting the transformation of talent cultivation methods through the con-struction of virtual simulation experiment platforms,and optimizing curriculum system design by incorporating digital content into most courses or situating them within a digital context so as to address the new demands of public governance in the digital era.
