南阳坡煤矿小煤柱巷道围岩变形机理与不对称性研究 被引量:1

Research on Surrounding Rock Deformation Mechanism and Asymmetry in Small Coal Pillar Roadways of Nanyangpo Coal Mine

摘要 南阳坡煤矿小煤柱巷道存在围岩变形、支护效果不理想及非对称性变形等问题,为提高巷道围岩控制效果,以5805回风巷为研究对象,采用理论分析、FLAC^(3D)数值模拟技术以及现场实测分析为研究手段,系统分析了小煤柱巷道围岩变形特征,并进行了工程验证。结果表明,侧压系数与巷道顶板和底板的位移量呈现出正相关关系,侧压系数与巷道两侧煤壁(即两帮)的位移量则呈现出负相关关系;在回风巷每次受到开采活动影响的过程中,变形过程可划分为巷道稳定阶段、位移分化阶段、位移加速变化阶段三个阶段,围岩的主要形变集中于初次采动影响时期,巷道左右两侧煤壁的位移量呈现出明显的差异,表现为明显的不对称特征,进而导致巷道几何形态发生变化,巷道中心位置发生明显偏移,出现新的形变和破坏,对巷道的稳定性和安全性构成严重威胁。 There are existing problems such as deformation of surrounding rock,unsatisfactory support effect,asymmetric deformation and so on in small coal pillar roadways of Nanyangpo Coal Mine,in order to improve the control effect of roadway surrounding rock,taking the 5805 return air roadway as the research object,theoretical analysis,FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation technology,and on-site actual measurement analysis are adopted as research means to systematically analyze the deformation characteristics of the small coal pillar roadway surrounding rock,and engineering verification is conducted.The results show that the lateral pressure coefficient and the displacement amount between the roadway roof and floor exhibit a relationship of positive correlation,while the lateral pressure coefficient and the displacement amount of the two side coal walls of the roadway(i.e.the two sides)exhibit a relationship of negative correlation;During each process when the return air roadway is affected by mining activities,the deformation process can be divided into three stages such as roadway stabilization stage,displacement differentiation stage,and displacement acceleration change stage.The main deformation of the surrounding rock is concentrated in the initial mining influence period,the displacement amount of the coal walls on both sides of the roadway shows a significant difference,manifested as obvious asymmetric characteristics,so as to resulting in changes in the geometric form of the roadway,significant deviation of the roadway center position,and occurrences of new deformation and destruction,posing a serious threat to the stability and safety of the roadway.
