摘要
为解决龙门煤矿2404工作面回风巷极松散粉末状煤体巷道支护难题,提出了极松散煤体巷道注喷锚内外承载结构控制原理,采用了自钻式注浆花管超前长孔大范围预注浆固结散煤技术、提出了煤帮喷洒化学浆液技术、采用了高强锚杆支护系统强化支护及钻注锚一体化中空注浆锚杆的锚筒二次注浆加固技术。矿压观测表明,掘进期间两帮移近量将近400 mm,顶板下沉量150 mm左右,底鼓量约50 mm。巷道围岩持续大变形得到有效控制,巷道维护满足生产要求。
In order to solve the support difficulty of the air returning gateway with soft and powder coal in No. 2404 coal mining face of Longmen Mine, a control principle of the shotcreting and bolt inner and outer loading structure in the gateway with the ultra soft coal was provided. A large scale pre-grouting consolidated coal technology with a self drilling type screw rod pilot long borehole was applied. The chemical liquid spraying technology for coal ribs was provided. The high strength bolt support system was applied to the enhanced support and the drilling, grouting and bolting integrated quill grouting bolt was applied to the second grouting reinforced technology. The mine pressure observation showed that during the gateway driving period, the convergence between the two ribs was about 400 ram, the roof falling value was about 150 mm and the floor heave was about 50 mm. The continued large deformation of the gateway surrounding rock was effectively controlled and the gateway maintenance could meet the requirements of the mine production.
