摘要
为确定山西和顺正邦神磊煤业1502工作面区段煤柱合理留设宽度,采用理论计算、数值模拟及现场实践等方法研究了不同煤柱宽度下的围岩应力演化规律和塑性区破坏情况,并提出巷道围岩支护措施。结果表明,通过理论计算得出区段煤柱合理宽度范围为8.6~10.1 m,建立数值计算模型,从围岩塑性破坏区、垂直应力及位移量进行综合分析,最终确定合理的煤柱宽度为10 m并采用锚杆、锚索加钢丝网支护的方式来进行支护。经现场实践,得到巷道顶板锚杆、锚索最大受力分别为83 kN、122 kN;巷道围岩顶底板及两帮围岩具体最大位移量分别达到45 mm、110 mm,围岩变形量较小,可保证安全生产。
In order to determine the reasonable width of coal pillars in the 1502 working face section of Shanxi Heshun Zhengbang Shenlei Coal Industry,theoretical calculations,numerical simulations,and field practices were used to study the stress evolution law and plastic zone failure of surrounding rock under different coal pillar widths,and the support measures for roadway surrounding rock was proposed.The results show that the reasonable width range of the coal pillar in the section is 8.6m to 10.1 m through theoretical calculations.A numerical calculation model is established to comprehensively analyze the plastic failure zone,vertical stress,and displacement of the surrounding rock.Finally,the reasonable width of the coal pillar is determined to be 10 m,and support methods such as anchor rods,anchor cables,and steel wire mesh are used for support.Through on-site practice,the maximum stress on the roof anchor rod and anchor cable of roadway is 83 kN and 122 kN,respectively.The maximum displacement of the roof and floor of roadway surrounding rock and the two sides of the surrounding rock are 45 mm and 110 mm,respectively,with relatively smaller deformation of the surrounding rock,which can ensure safe production.
