退火温度对Fe-Si-Al合金结构及其磁性能的影响

摘要 利用高能球磨制备纳米晶Fe-Si-Al片状软磁粉末,在不同温度真空退火,并制备成软磁复合材料。考察了合金磁粉退火后的相结构、超点阵结构有序度、平均晶粒尺寸和磁导率。结果表明Fe-Si-Al的有序D03超晶格相在球磨后会消失,退火过程可以改变晶粒尺寸,提高片状粉的饱和磁化强度和矫顽力。随着退火温度逐渐提高150~950℃,D03超点阵结构的有序度由0.23增大到0.61,平均晶粒尺寸由18.64 nm增大到46.36 nm。软磁合金复合材料的磁导率随温度升高先增高后降低,可望应用于电磁屏蔽、降噪、吸波等领域。 Fe-Si-Al sheet soft magnetic powder was prepared,annealed at different temperatures under vacuum condition,and prepared into soft-magnetic composite material(SCM).The phase structure,superlattice structure ordering,average particle size and magnetic permeability of alloyed magnetic powder was investigated.The study shows that the ordered D03 superlattice phase of Fe-Si-Al disappears after ball milling,and the annealing process can change the grain size,enhance the saturation magnetization and coercivity of the sheet powder.With the annealing temperature increasing from 150 to 950℃,the order of D03 superlattice structure increased from 0.23 to 0.61,and the average grain size increased from 18.64 nm to 46.36 nm.The magnetic permeability of soft magnetic alloy composite material tends to increase first and then decrease with the increasing temperature,and was expected to be applied in fields such as electromagnetic shielding,noise reduction,and absorption.
