热处理对片状Fe-Si-Al磁微粉微波电磁性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以气体雾化Fe-Si-Al(Fe5.5Si9.5Al)合金粉末为原料,采用退火热处理和机械球磨相结合的方法制备出了片状Fe-Si-Al磁微粉,并研究了退火热处理对片状磁微粉微波电磁性能的影响。研究表明:通过对原料进行机械球磨可以获得片状形貌优良、磁性能良好的Fe-Si-Al磁微粉。机械球磨使Fe-Si-Al粉末的磁导率在微波低频段得到大幅度提升,而退火热处理可进一步调节粉末的磁导率;此外,对原料进行预退火热处理,更有利于获得高磁导率的Fe-Si-Al磁微粉。本研究所制磁微粉的磁导率实部μ′最大可达5.09,虚部μ″最大可达3.65。 Flaky Fe-Si-Al magnetic fine powders were synthesized by annealing as well as mechanical ball-milling with the gas-atomized Fe-Si-Al(Fe5.5Si9.5Al) alloy powder as raw material.The effects of annealing on the microwave electromagnetic properties of the Fe-Si-Al magnetic powders were investigated.The results show that: Fe-Si-Al magnetic powders with superior magnetic properties and regular flake shape can be obtained by mechanically ball-milling the raw material.Mechanical ball-milling significantly increases the permeability of Fe-Si-Al powder in the low frequency microwave band,while annealing further adjusts the permeability of the powder.Moreover,the permeability of Fe-Si-Al powder can be further enhanced by annealing the raw material.The real part(μ′) and imaginary part(μ″) of the permeability of the prepared flaky Fe-Si-Al magnetic powders reach 5.09 and 3.65,respectively.
