摘要 采用水雾化法制备了纳米晶Fe85Si9.6Al5.4(wt.%)抗电磁干扰软磁合金粉末,研究不同工艺参数对其扁平度的影响。研究发现,在球磨过程中添加正己烷作为辅助剂,可以有效获得高扁平度粉末。对于不同直径的球磨球,当球料比为5∶1时,获得最大扁平度的球磨时间不同。本文研究结果对实现Fe-Si-Al合金在高频下的应用具有一定的指导意义。 Nanocrystalline Fe 85 Si 9.6 Al 5.4(wt.%)powder for anti-electromagnetic interference was prepared by water atomizing.The flattening processes were studied,aiming to achieve optimum parameters for mass production.The results show that powder with high aspect ratio can be effectively obtained by adding n-hexane during ball milling.When the ball∶powder mass ratio is 5∶1,the time to achieve maximum aspect ratio is different with changing the ball diameter.Such results provide guidance for the applications of Fe-Si-Al at high frequencies.
