摘要
为了提升机械电子设备在复杂工况下的故障识别效率与准确性,提出基于模式识别的故障自动监测技术,构建包括信号采集与预处理、特征提取与选择、分类模型构建与故障识别实施在内的完整技术流程。搭建实验平台,在多种转速与载荷条件下开展故障模拟试验。结果表明,该技术在故障早期识别、抗干扰能力及多工况适应性方面表现优异,具有良好的工程应用前景。
In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of fault identification for mechanical and electronic equipment under complex working conditions,an automatic fault monitoring technology based on pattern recognition is proposed,and a complete technical process including signal acquisition and preprocessing,feature extraction and selection,classification model construction and fault identification implementation is constructed.Build an experimental platform and carry out fault simulation tests under various rotational speeds and load conditions.The results show that this technology performs excellently in the early identification of faults,antiinterference ability and adaptability to multiple working conditions,and has a good engineering application prospect.
