摘要
人工智能(ArtificialIntelligence,AI)凭借其强大的数据分析与模式识别能力,为电子设备的健康监测、故障预测与智能维护提供了新的解决思路。文章构建了一种融合深度学习与设备运行数据的故障预测模型,实现了设备健康指数(HealthIndex,HI)评估、故障概率预测与分级维护策略输出。实验结果表明,该模型可有效提升预测准确率、降低维护成本,为电子信息类设备的智能化运维提供参考。
Artificial Intelligence(AI),with its powerful data analysis and pattern recognition capabilities,provides new solutions for health monitoring,fault prediction,and intelligent maintenance of electronic devices.This article constructs a fault prediction model that integrates deep learning and device operation data,achieving equipment health index(HI)evaluation,fault probability prediction,and hierarchical maintenance strategy output.The experimental results show that the model can effectively improve prediction accuracy,reduce maintenance costs,and provide reference for the intelligent operation and maintenance of electronic information devices.
