原位聚合法制备涤纶-石墨烯导电纤维及性能研究

摘要 为研究涤纶(PET)纤维的抗静电性与导电性,先以球磨法将100目鳞片石墨制备为石墨烯,再通过聚苯胺原位聚合法将其与涤纶纤维结合。制备时,先对原始涤纶进行碱处理以增强聚苯胺-石墨烯浸渍液的表面结合能力,再经原位聚合法制得石墨烯导电纤维。采用扫描电镜、红外光谱仪及高精度绝缘电阻测试仪分析纤维形貌与性能,探究原位聚合中碱减量时间、石墨烯添加量等工艺参数。碱处理条件:氢氧化钠20 g/L,95℃,时间2 h;聚合参数:取2 g碱处理后涤纶,苯胺浓度0.02 g/mL,石墨烯为苯胺质量的0.5wt%,盐酸2.4 mol/L,氧化剂0.01 g/mL,反应120 min。结果显示,所得导电纤维表面电阻率达105Ω·cm,经5次清洗后无明显变化。 To investigate the antistatic and conductive properties of polyester(PET)fibers,graphene was first prepared from 100 mesh flake graphite by ball milling,and then combined with PET fibers via polyaniline in-situ polymerization.During preparation,raw PET fibers were first subjected to alkali treatment to enhance the surface binding capacity of the polyaniline-graphene impregnating solution,followed by the preparation of graphene conductive fibers through in-situ polymerization.Scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy and a high-precision insulation resistance tester were used to analyze the morphology and properties of the fibers,and process parameters such as alkali deweighting time and graphene addition amount in the in-situ polymerization were explored.The alkali treatment conditions were as follows:sodium hydroxide concentration was 20 g/L,temperature was 95℃,and time was 2 h.The polymerization parameters were as follows:with 2 g of alkali-treated polyester,aniline concentration was 0.02 g/mL,graphene amount of aniline mass was 0.5wt%,hydrochloric acid concentration was 2.4 mol/L,oxidant concentration was 0.01 g/mL,and reaction time was 120 min.The results showed that the surface resistivity of the obtained conductive fibers reached 10⁵Ω·cm,with no significant change after 5 cleaning cycles.
