高校本土中文教师的专业发展阶段研究——基于8位埃及高校教师的叙事分析

On the Professional Development Stages of Local Chinese Language Teachers in Higher Learning Institutions--A Narrative Analysis Based on Eight Egyptian College Teachers

摘要 基于教师专业发展阶段理论,运用叙事研究方法,通过对8位埃及高校本土中文教师的访谈,系统剖析了其专业发展阶段及特征。研究结果显示,埃及高校本土中文教师职业生涯发展分为初入阶段(1—5年)、提高与稳定阶段(5—10年)、徘徊或突破阶段(10—20年)、平淡与传递阶段(20—30年)和脱离阶段(30—40年)5个阶段。埃及高校本土中文教师在各阶段呈现不同的特征:在初入阶段,教师自我能动性强,注重学历提升,生存压力大;在提高与稳定阶段,教师教学技能成熟,教学与撰写博士论文压力大,关注教师培训;在徘徊或突破阶段,教师工作稳定,科研压力大,追求职称突破;在平淡与传递阶段,教师心境稳定,接纳自身,关注年轻中文教师成长;在脱离阶段,教师时间更加充裕,关注自身兴趣。为满足教师实际需求,促进高校本土中文教师可持续发展,需要进一步构建高校本土中文教师分阶段动态支持体系,完善人才更新与学术职业保障体系。 This study,based on the theory of teacher professional development stages and using narrative research methodology,systematically analyzes the professional development stages and characteristics of local Chinese language teachers in Egyptian higher education institutions through interviews with 8 such teachers.As shown in the study,the career development of local Chinese language teachers in Egyptian colleges and universities can be divided into five stages:the initial stage(1-5 years),the improvement and stabilization stage(5-10 years),the hesitation or breakthrough stage(10-20 years),the plain and transmission stage(20-30 years),and the withdrawal stage(30-40 years).Each stage has its distinct characteristics:during the initial stage,teachers demonstrate strong self-initiative,focus on academic qualification improvement,and face high survival pressure;the improvement and stabilization stage is marked by mature teaching skills,tremendous pressure from teaching responsibilities and doctoral dissertations,and a focus on teacher training;the hesitation or breakthrough stage features job stability,high research pressure,and a pursuit of professional title advancement;in the plain and transmission stage,teachers exhibit emotional stability,self-acceptance,and attention to the growth of young Chinese language teachers;and the withdrawal stage is characterized by more leisure time and a focus on personal interests.To meet teachers'practical needs and promote the sustainable development of local Chinese language teachers,it is necessary to further construct a phased dynamic support system for local Chinese language teachers and improve the talent renewal and academic career guarantee system.
