摘要
改善护理服务是提升群众看病就医体验、增强群众获得感的重要举措。随着人口老龄化加剧和医疗需求升级,免陪照护服务重要性日益凸显。聚焦免陪照护患者核心需求,构建了涵盖安全、康复、舒适、尊重等4个模块的护理质量管理模式,同时通过智慧系统助力免陪照护服务护理质量管理效能提升,基于指标数据驱动免陪照护服务护理质量精细化管理,保障了患者安全,提升了护理质量,改善了患者体验。
Improving nursing services is a crucial measure to enhance the public's experience of seeking medical care and strengthen their sense of gain.With the intensification of population aging and the upgrading of medical needs,the significance of unaccompanied care services has become increasingly prominent.Focusing on the core needs of patients receiving unaccompanied care,this study constructs a nursing quality management model from four modules:safety,rehabilitation,comfort,and respect.Meanwhile,it leverages intelligent systems to enhance the efficiency of nursing quality management for unaccompanied care.By driving refined management of unaccompanied care nursing quality based on indicator data,this approach ensures patient safety,elevates nursing quality,and improves the patient experience.
