摘要
熔融金属转运过程中容易发生多种事故,实现运输过程智能化是提高整体运输安全性的重要发展方向。首先分析了典型熔融金属运输事故致因,并结合标准规范总结了17条安全隐患及可能造成的后果。随后总结了熔融金属运输有风险多样性、风险突发性、成因复杂性、事故严重性和事故可避免性5个特点。通过调研6家典型钢厂总结了熔融金属运输现状,讨论了智能运输技术进展,目前国内钢铁企业处于半人工与半智能自动化相结合的阶段。最后分享了研究团队针对钢厂铁路运输建立的智慧运输系统,从行车智能控速、电子标签定位及矫正、轨道尽头防护和道口智能识别4个方面建立了安全辅助防护系统。
A variety of accidents are prone to occur during the transportation of molten metal.Intelligent transportation process is an important development direction to improve the overall transportation safety.Firstly,the causes of typical molten metal transportation accidents are analyzed,and 17 safety hazards and possible consequences are summarized in combination with the standard specifications.Five characteristics of molten metal transportation are summarized,including risk diversity,risk burstiness,cause complexity,accident severity and accident avoidability.By investigating six typical steel plants,the current situation of molten metal transportation is summarized,and the progress of intelligent transportation technology is discussed.At present,domestic iron and steel enterprises are in the stage of combining semi-manual and semi-intelligent automation.Finally,the intelligent transportation system established by the research team for the railway transportation of steel mills is shared.The safety auxiliary protection system is established from four aspects:intelligent speed control,electronic tag positioning and correction,track end protection and intelligent identification of crossing.
