摘要
提升高校创新绩效是加快实施创新驱动发展战略的重要支撑。基于区域创新生态系统理论框架,以我国31个省级行政区为案例样本,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法从组态视角探究区域创新生态系统提升高校创新绩效的条件组态和多元路径。结果表明,高校实现高创新绩效并非依赖单一要素,而是需要区域创新生态系统中的要素协同,存在四种组态路径,即“资源-开放主导的主体驱动型”、“资源-开放主导的环境与协同驱动型”、“主体-协同-开放主导的均衡驱动型”和“资源主导的协同驱动型”。同时发现,在特定条件下要素之间存在替代效应,地区之间在驱动路径上具有显著的空间差异,这为优化我国区域创新资源配置、激发高校创新潜能提供了有力的理论支撑和实践指导。
Enhancing university innovation performance serves as a crucial pillar in accelerating the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.Based on the theoretical framework of the regional innovation ecosystem,this study employs a fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)approach to systematically examine the conditional configurations and diverse pathways through which the regional innovation ecosystem drives university innovation performance,using 31 provinces in China as case samples from the configurational perspective.The research findings indicate that the attainment of superior innovation performance in universities is not contingent upon a solitary factor but necessitates the concerted effort of elements within the regional innovation ecosystem.There are four configuration paths that drive high innovation performance of universities,namely,"subject-driven under the dominance of re-sources and openness","environment and synergy-driven under the dominance of resources and openness","subject-synergy-,openness-driven equilibrium"and"synergy-driven under the dominance of resource".Additionally,it is found that different elements have substitution effects under certain conditions,and different regions have significant spatial differences in grouping paths,which pro-vides strong theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing the allocation of regional innovation resources and stimulating the innovation potential of universities in China.
