论基于关系理性的关怀型师生关系

On the Caring Teacher-Student Relationship based on Relational Rationality

摘要 师生关系是教育场域中最具本质性和基础性的人际互动形态,其生成逻辑植根于教育主体间持续性的交往实践,并随着社会变迁呈现出动态发展的特征。“客观理性”与“主观理性”分裂是引发师生冲突的内在根源,而关系理性则能有效弥合两者之间的裂隙。“关系理性”将“自我”与“他者”相关联,将对“他者”的道德责任视为“主体性”的自我确证,体现出“为他者的主体性”。关系是人存在的基础,关怀是道德存在的基础,没有关怀的教育是教育的“灵魂”不在场,基于“关系理性”的关怀型师生关系彰显主体共在、情感共融、能力共生的特质,其对于走出“教师中心”“学生中心”的两难困境,消解“个体”与“共同体”之间的藩篱显得尤为必要。新型师生关系蕴含平等交往、合作共生、相互尊重等元素,这些元素内生于关怀型师生关系的价值维度之中,同时“关系理性”“关怀伦理”也构成其最大公约数。 As the most essential and fundamental form of interpersonal interaction in the educational field,the generative logic of teacher-student relationships is rooted in the continuous communicative practices among educational subjects,and demonstrates the characteristics of dynamic development along with social changes.The division between"objective rationality"and"subjective rationali-ty"is the internal root causing teacher-student conflicts,while relational rationality can effectively bridge the gap between them."Rela-tional rationality"connects the"self"with the"other",regards the moral responsibility for the"other"as the self-confirmation of""subjectivity",and embodies the"subjectivity for the other".Relationships are the foundation of human existence,care is the founda-tion of moral existence,education without care is an education where the"soul"is absent.The caring teacher-student relationship based on"relational rationality"highlights the characteristics of subject co-existence,emotional integration,and ability symbiosis.It is partic-ularly necessary for stepping out of the dilemma of"teacher-centered"and"student-centered",and dissolving the barrier between"in-dividual"and"community".The new type of teacher-student relationship contains elements such as equal communication,cooperative symbiosis,and mutual respect.These elements are not only inherent in the value dimension of the caring teacher-student relationship,but also"relational rationality"and"care ethics"constitute their greatest common divisor.
