摘要
目的建立消炎木尼孜其颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中菟丝子、香青兰进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法同时测定制剂中金丝桃苷和田蓟苷的含量。结果消炎木尼孜其颗粒中菟丝子、香青兰定性鉴别结果清晰。金丝桃苷、田蓟苷的质量浓度分别在11.9322~95.4576μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)和25.28178~202.25424μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9994)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为99.11%、99.52%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.47%、0.72%(n=6)。结论建立的质量控制方法简单可靠、专属性强,可用于消炎木尼孜其颗粒的质量控制。
Objective Establishment of quality standards for Xiaoyan Muniziqi granules(XYMNZQG).Methods The qualitative identification of Cuscutae Semen and Dracocephalum moldavia in the preparation was carried out,and the content of hyperin and tilianin in the preparation was determined.Results The qualitative results of Cuscutae Semen and Dracocephalum moldavia in XYMNZQG were clear.The linear ranges of hyperin and tilianin were 11.9322-95.4576μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)and 25.28178-202.25424μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9994),respectively.The average recoveries were 99.11%and 99.52%,with RSDs of 0.47%and 0.72%(n=6).Conclusion The established quality control method is simple,reliable,and specific,and can be used for the quality control of XYMNZQG.
