摘要
我国属于煤炭资源国家,煤炭在燃烧过程会生产大量二氧化硫和氮氧化合物以及烟尘,严重污染环境。燃煤电厂脱硫脱硝系统主要对浓度较高的二氧化硫和氮氧化合物进行处理,以达到排放标准。由于脱硫脱硝过程会产生大量能量消耗,增加了生产成本,因此能效分析和优化是电厂经济和环保稳定发展的关键。针对脱硫脱硝系统优化模型的构建和应用展开分析,解决了脱硫脱硝能效消耗偏高问题。
China is a country with abundant coal resources.During the combustion process of coal,a large amount of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,and particulate matter are produced,which seriously pollutes the environment.The desulfurization and denitrification system of coal-fired power plants mainly processes high concentrations of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides to meet emission standards.However,the process of desulfurization and denitrification generates a large amount of energy consumption,increasing production costs.Therefore,energy efficiency analysis and optimization are key to the stable development of power plant economy and environmental protection.This article analyzes the construction and application of optimization models for desulfurization and denitrification systems,aiming to solve the problem of high energy consumption in desulfurization and denitrification.
