摘要
为了进一步明确虚拟电厂在电力市场环境下的获利情况,首先,构建了包含多种类型分布式资源的虚拟电厂经济调度模型,在日前电能量市场与调峰辅助服务市场环境下展开分析;其次,计及配电网安全约束,在虚拟电厂经济调度模型中加入网损成本,构建虚拟电厂安全调度模型,寻求其在安全调度下的最优解;最后,通过仿真案例进行测试。结果表明,参与电能量市场和调峰市场的虚拟电厂利润高于仅参加电能量市场的虚拟电厂利润,并且虚拟电厂安全调度方案中与电力市场的交易量及整体利润水平显著低于虚拟电厂经济调度方案。研究结果可为虚拟电厂评估其参与电力市场的投资收益提供参考,对配电网实现安全高效运行具有重要意义。
In order to further clarify the profit situation of virtual power plants in the electricity market,firstly,a virtual power plant economic dispatching model containing various types of distributed resources is constructed,and an analysis is conducted in the current electric energy market and peak regulation auxiliary service market;secondly,the safety constraints of the distribution network are taken into account,the network loss cost is added to the economic dispatching model of the virtual power plant,and a safety dis-patching model of virtual power plant is constructed,to seek its optimal solution in safe dispatching;finally,tests are conducted through simulation cases,and the results show that the profits of virtual power plants participating in the electric energy market and the peak regulation market are higher than those of virtual power plants only participating in the electric energy market.Moreover,the transaction volume with the power market and the overall profit level in the safe dispatching scheme of virtual power plant are signifi-cantly lower than those in economic dispatching scheme of the virtual power plant.The research results can provide reference for virtu-al power plants to evaluate their investment returns participating in the electricity market,which is of great significance for achieving the safe and efficient operation of the distribution network.
