摘要
随着智能电网建设的深入推进,变电运维检修工作面临着设备种类繁多、数据量庞大、维护难度增加等挑战。针对传统变电运维检修模式效率低下的问题,研究基于人工智能技术的变电运维检修新策略具有重要意义,通过引入深度学习算法对海量设备运行数据进行分析建立设备健康评估模型,实现故障预测与诊断,结合计算机视觉技术,开发智能巡检系统,提升检修效率。采用知识图谱技术构建专家经验库,为检修决策提供支持,研究表明AI辅助的变电运维检修策略能够有效提升设备可靠性,实现精准维护,降低检修成本,推动变电站运维检修向智能化、精细化方向发展。
With the deepening of smart grid construction,substation operation and maintenance work is facing challenges such as a wide variety of equipment types,a large amount of data,and increased maintenance difficulty.It is of great significance to study a new strategy for substation operation and maintenance based on artificial intelligence technology to address the problem of low efficiency in traditional substation operation and maintenance modes.By introducing deep learning algorithms to analyze massive equipment operation data and establish equipment health assessment models,fault prediction and diagnosis can be achieved.Combined with computer vision technology,an intelligent inspection system can be developed to improve maintenance efficiency.Using knowledge graph technology to construct an expert experience base to provide support for maintenance decisions,research has shown that AI assisted substation operation and maintenance strategies can effectively improve equipment reliability,achieve precise maintenance,reduce maintenance costs,and promote the development of substation operation and maintenance towards intelligence and refinement.
