摘要
对ZF15-550型和ZHW-550型卧式分箱结构气体绝缘组合电器故障现象进行了统计分析,采用内窥镜检查、模拟厂内磨合操作试验、回路电阻测试、特高频局部放电检测、超声波局部放电检测、X射线检测、红外测温等方法对故障机理进行了全面研究,提出了各种典型故障检修策略的优化建议,以期对卧式分箱结构气体绝缘组合电器设计、制造、运维、检修的改进提供借鉴。
The fault phenomena of ZF15-550 and ZHW-550 horizontal split-tank gas insulated switchgear are analyzed through statistical methods,and the approaches such as endoscopic inspection,simulated factory running-in test,loop resistance measure⁃ment,ultrahigh frequency partial discharge detection,ultrasonic partial discharge detection,X-ray test and infrared temperature measurement are employed to comprehensively investigate the failure mechanisms.The proposals to optimize the maintenance strategies for various typical faults are put forward,so as to provide reference for the modification of design,manufacturing,opera⁃tion and overhaul of the horizontal split-tank gas insulated switchgear.
