摘要
提出了一种输电线路检修计划模型。模型以全部待修输电线路检修启动时段的组合为决策变量,以系统在整个规划周期内因输电线路检修引起的供电不足风险增加量最小为目标,同时保证各条输电线路检修启动时段始终控制在可选集范围内。给出了基于禁忌搜索的求解数学模型的算法,通过仿真计算对模型与算法的可行性加以验证。
A model for transmission lines maintenance scheduling is presented. The mathematical model takes the combination of all lines' maintenance startup time as the decision variable, and the minimal increased lack of load risk due to the transmission maintenance within the whole layout period is treated as the target in searching for the best maintenance scheduling. Meanwhile all lines' maintenance startup time is limited to the range of its maintenance startup-time-choice during the search. An algorithm from Tabu search is presented with the feasibility of the model and the algorithm is validated by simulation calculation.
