摘要
在以学生为中心的教学理念指导下,探讨问题导向学习(PBL)与案例导向学习(CBL)相结合的整合教学模式在中医外科学临床教学中的应用效果。选取山东中医药大学2023—2024学年中医外科学专业的103名本科生为研究对象,随机将其分为实验组与对照组,实验组采用整合教学模式,对照组沿用传统教学模式。对比两组学生的理论考试与实践考核成绩、临床综合能力表现、教学满意度发现,实验组学生的理论考试与实践考核成绩均显著高于对照组,其教学满意度评分也显著高于对照组。实验前,两组学生临床综合能力表现评分无显著差异,实验后,实验组的团队协作能力、分析问题能力、知识拓展能力、解决问题能力等4个维度评分显著高于对照组。PBL+CBL教学模式在中医外科学临床教学中表现出优异的效果,有助于提升教学质量,为临床教学模式创新提供了有价值的参考。
The study investigates the application effect of an integrated teaching model combining Problem-Based Learning(PBL)and Case-Based Learning(CBL)in the context of clinical teaching for Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgery.A total of 103 undergraduate students majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgery in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2023 to 2024 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group utilized an integrated teaching approach,and the control group adhered to the traditional teaching model.The scores of theoretical examination and practical assessment,clinical comprehensive ability,and teaching satisfaction evaluation were compared between the two groups.The experimental group demonstrated notably elevated scores in both theoretical examination and practical evaluation in comparison to the control group.Furthermore,the experimental group exhibited considerably higher levels of teaching satisfaction compared to the control group.Before teaching,there was no significant differences in the scores of clinical comprehensive ability between the two groups.After teaching,in 4 key dimensions,the experimental group achieved significantly higher scores compared to the control group:teamwork ability,problem analysis ability,knowledge expansion ability,and problem-solving ability.The PBL+CBL teaching model performs well in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine surgery.It improves teaching quality and provides valuable insights for innovations in clinical teaching.
