核心素养设计PBL联合CBL教学法应用研究——以中医外科实习教学为例 被引量:7

The application of the PBL combined with CBL teaching method——taking core literacy in practice teaching of TCM surgery as an example

摘要 为探索中医外科在临床带教中更有效的教学方法,对PBL联合CBL教学法在中医外科实习教学中的应用展开研究。将在我院实习的87名医学生随机分为传统教学组(44人)和教改组(43人)。教改组采用核心素养教育理念指导下的PBL联合CBL教学法,将其应用于中医外科的临床实习带教。传统教学组采用讲授法进行临床带教。通过Mini-CEX考核,评价教学效果。结果发现,教改组在中医外科临床实习带教中效果显著,在多个方面的教学效果明显优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。以核心素养为教学目的联合教学法应用于中医外科实习带教中具有良好的教学效果,值得进一步推广应用。 To explore more effective teaching methods in practice teaching of TCM surgery.87 medical students in our hospital were randomly divided into the traditional teaching group(n=44)and the teaching reform group(n=43).The PBL combined with the CBL teaching method based on core literacy were used to the practice teaching of TCM surgery in the teaching reform group.The traditional teaching method was used in other group to carry out clinical teaching.The teaching effect was evaluated by the Mini-CEX assessment.The PBL combined with the CBL teaching method had a significant effect in the practice teaching of TCM surgery,and it was significantly better than the traditional teaching method in many aspects(P<0.05).The PBL combined with CBL teaching method based on core literacy education theory has a good teaching significance in practice teaching of TCM surgery,which is worth further promotion.
