摘要
扩展蛋白(expansin)作为植物细胞壁的重要组成部分,通过调节细胞壁组分间松弛度和增强细胞壁的柔韧性,对植物的生长发育和环境抗性等方面有着至关重要的作用。为了揭示和探讨大麻扩展蛋白基因家族的组成和特征,本研究利用扩展蛋白共有的保守结构域从大麻的全基因组中筛选出32个扩展蛋白基因组成大麻扩展蛋白基因家族,分布在大麻除第4条染色体外的其余9条染色体上。分析其结构特征及系统发育关系,表明大麻扩展蛋白基因家族分为4个亚家族:包含19个基因的EXPA亚家族,含有7个基因的EXPB亚家族,包含5个基因的EXPLB亚家族和只含有1个基因的EXPLA亚家族。大麻扩展蛋白的氨基酸长度范围为212~471,其等电点平均值为7.48,有信号肽带领的2个结构域,大多为疏水蛋白,具有比较好的稳定性。本研究通过分析大麻扩展蛋白基因的基本信息,为以后深入研究各植物扩展蛋白基因的生物学功能和进化特性奠定了基础。
As an important part of plant cell wall,expansin play an important role in plant growth and environmental resistance by regulating the relaxation of cell wall components and enhancing the flexibility of cell wall.In order to reveal and explore the composition and characteristics of hemp expansin gene family,32 expansin genes were selected from the whole genome of hemp by using the common conserved domain of expansin to form hemp expansin gene family,which is distributed on 9 chromosomes except the fourth chromosome.The analysis of its structural characteristics and phylogenetic relationship showed that the hemp expansin gene family is divided into four subfamilies:EXPA subfamily containing 19 genes,EXPB subfamily containing 7 genes,EXPLB subfamily containing 5 genes and EXPLA subfamily containing only one gene.The amino acid length of hemp expansin ranges from 212 to 471,and its average isoelectric point is 7.48.Each protein contains two domains guided by signal peptides,most of which are hydrophobic proteins and have good stability.By analyzing the basic information of hemp expansin gene,this study lays a foundation for further study on the biological function and evolutionary characteristics of expansin gene in various plants.
