摘要
本研究成功克隆了甘蓝型油菜BnaA02.LFY基因,并预测了其编码蛋白的理化性质、保守结构域和二级结构。结果表明:BnaA02.LFY共编码420个氨基酸,BnaA02.LFY蛋白相对分子质量为46.5 kDa,理论等电点为6.29,不稳定指数为55.34,稳定性较差,平均亲水性为-0.62,亲水性较好,脂肪族指数为68.61;二级结构预测显示,α-螺旋、无规卷曲、延伸链和β-转角分别占比43.86%、38.31%、10.12%和7.71%。氨基酸序列聚类分析表明,甘蓝型油菜BnaA02.LFY与芥菜型油菜、埃塞俄比亚芥、克里特芥、萝卜聚为第一类群,亲缘关系最近。
This study cloned BnaA02.LFY from Brassica napus and predicted the physiochemical properties,conserved domains,and secondary structure of the deduced protein.The results showed that BnaA02.LFY was composed of 420 amino acid residues and BnaA02.LFY protein had a relative molecular weight of 46.5 kDa,an isoelectric point of 6.29,an instability index of 55.34(poor stability),a grand average of hydropathicity of-0.62(good hydrophilicity),and an aliphatic index of 68.61.The secondary structure analysis showed that alpha-helices,random coils,extended strands,and beta-turns accounted for 43.86%,38.31%,10.12%,and 7.71%,respectively.The cluster analysis based on amino acid sequences showed that BnaA02.LFY shared the same clade with homologous sequences from Brassica juncea,Brassica carinata,Brassica cretica,and Raphanus sativus,indicating their close relationship.
