摘要
文章基于信息人视角分析了STEAM教育玩具使用说明的多元主体需求,并据此开展使用说明的设计实践。首先,根据信息主体职能差异界定研究对象并选择相应研究方法。其次,基于用户调研数据,运用NVivo质性分析软件结合层次分析法,获取玩具厂商、家长及儿童三类信息主体的需求优先级排序,进而将其转化为使用说明的设计要素,最终提炼出创新策略。最后,以拼搭类玩具为例进行使用说明的再设计,为其他品类STEAM玩具使用说明的创新提供理论参考和实践范例。
The article analyzes the diverse subject needs of STEAM educational toy usage instructions from the perspective of information humans,and based on this,carries out the design practice of usage instructions.Firstly,define the research object based on the functional differences of information subjects and select corresponding research methods.Secondly,based on user research data,NVivo qualitative analysis software combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to obtain the priority ranking of the needs of three information subjects:toy manufacturers,parents,and children.This is then transformed into design elements for user instructions,and ultimately innovative strategies are extracted.Finally,taking collage toys as an example,the redesign of usage instructions provides theoretical references and practical examples for the innovation of usage instructions for other categories of STEAM toys.
