多因素分析与SOR模型联合驱动的公共农残清洗机设计方法

摘要 目的为响应建设绿色乡村的号召而设计一款公共农药残留清洗机,旨在保护务农人员免受农药二次伤害,并保障乡村土地的卫生安全。方法通过文献研究和线下半结构式访谈的方式挖掘产品的相关痛点,运用搭建的SETH-SOR理论模型进行需求点的总结;使用模糊德尔菲法进一步提炼需求集;通过偏最小二乘结构方程模型(Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model,PLS-SEM)验证构建的理论模型的有效性,通过路径分析与权重得分计算产品需求优先级排序;最后,通过TRIZ理论将需求与实际结构功能进行转换分析,得出理想解决方案。结果基于总结的发明原理进行公共农药残留清洗机的创新设计。结论以SETH-SOR理论模型为基础,通过PLS-SEM进行模型性能的评估,并运用TRIZ对农药残留清洗机进行设计实践并检验了理论模型的可行性。 In response to the call for building green rural areas,the work aims to design a public pesticide residue cleaning machine to protect agricultural workers from secondary pesticide exposure and ensure the sanitary safety of rural land.The research involved literature review and semi-structured offline interviews to identify the pain points of the product.The SETH-SOR model was used to summarize the requirements.The fuzzy Delphi method was employed to further refine the requirements.The effectiveness of the constructed theoretical model was validated using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model(PLS-SEM),and the priority of product requirements was ranked through path analysis and weight score calculation.Finally,the TRIZ theory was utilized to transform the requirements into actual structural functionalities,leading to an ideal solution.Innovative design of the public pesticide residue cleaning machine was based on the summarized invention principles.Building upon the SETH-SOR theory,the performance of the model is evaluated through PLS-SEM,and the TRIZ theory is applied to design and test the feasibility of the pesticide residue cleaning machine.
