人工智能在医学教育中的应用发展及思考

摘要 随着新冠疫情对传统的床旁带教及课堂教学带来的挑战,以及人工智能技术的全面发展,医学教育正在经历着一场全面变革,人工智能技术逐渐应用于医学教育新体系的构建中。特别是,以成人教育理念为基础的毕业后医学教育,对人工智能的学习需求和应用程度呈现出爆发式增长。本文梳理了模拟教学工具、虚拟现实技术、自适应学习体系、医学大语言模型等多种教学方法及技术在医学教育中的应用情况,并围绕当下人工智能在医学教育应用方面理论研究大于实践应用的情况展开原因分析,以期对数字化、智能化医学教育的变革提供借鉴。 Against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic challenging traditional bedside and classroom teaching,and alongside the comprehensive advancement of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,medical education is undergoing a profound transformation.AI has increasingly integrated into the construction of new medical education systems.Notably,in postgraduate medical education which grounded in adult learning principles,the demand for and application of AI-assisted learning have exponential growth.This article reviewed the application of various AI-driven teaching methods in medical education,including simulation-based training,virtual reality(VR),adaptive learning systems,and large medical language models.It further analyzes the current imbalance between theoretical research and practical implementation of AI in medical education,aiming to provide more comprehensive recommendations to support the digital and intelligent transformation of medical education.
