摘要
水稻是中国三大主粮作物之一,其种业发展对于推动种业振兴和保障国家粮食安全意义重大。湖南是中国13个粮食主产区之一,水稻是湖南第一大粮食作物,其种植面积和总产量均居全国首位。阐述了湖南省水稻种业发展成效,剖析了种业发展的优势与面临的挑战,建议从提升水稻种质资源利用效率,推进水稻种业产业链数字化、智能化,加快创制水稻优质新品种及打造“四链”深度融合的种业创新生态等方面,推进湖南种业创新发展。
Rice is one of the three major staple food crops in China,and its seed industry plays a crucial role in promoting the revitalization of the seed sector and ensuring national food security.Hunan,as one of China's 13 major grain-producing provinces,leads the country in rice production,in terms of both planting area and total output.The achievements of the rice seed industry in Hunan Province were elucidated,and the advantages and challenges faced to the rice seed industry were analyzed.It is recommended to promote the innovative development of the rice seed industry in Hunan Province from the aspects of enhancing the utilization efficiency of rice germplasm resources,promoting the digitalization and intelligence of the rice seed industry chain,accelerating the breeding of new high-quality rice varieties and creating an innovative ecosystem through the deep integration of the"four chains".
