摘要
稻米的外观品质对稻米市场价格有着重要影响。通过检测332份热带稻区水稻材料2 a间2个种植季中的精米粒长、粒宽、长宽比、垩白度、垩白粒率和透明度等6个外观性状,并基于水稻40 K SNP液相芯片的基因型数据,采用Q+K混合模型开展全基因组关联分析(GWAS)。结果表明,共检测到17个与外观品质性状相关的QTL,其中7个QTL表现出明显的多效性,同时控制2或3个性状;11个QTL在2 a中被重复检测到,其中有6个QTL区域位于已克隆的粒型基因区域。研究结果为揭示稻米外观品质的遗传基础及后续基因挖掘与分子育种提供了重要参考。
The appearance quality is a key determinant of the market value of rice.In this study,six appearance quality traits,including grain length,grain width,length-to-width ratio,chalkiness degree,chalky grain rate and translucency degree of milled rice,were measured for 332 tropical rice germplasm accessions across two growing seasons in two years.Based on the rice genotype data obtained by the 40 K SNP liquid-phase chip,a mixed linear model(Q+K)was employed for the genome-wide association study(GWAS).The results showed that a total of 17 quantitative trait loci(QTLs)associated with rice appearance quality were identified.Among them,seven QTLs showed pleiotropic effects on two or three traits.Eleven QTLs were consistently detected in both seasons,and six QTLs were located in or near the regions harboring previously cloned grain shape-related genes.These findings provide new insights into the genetic basis of rice appearance quality and offer valuable resources for gene mining and molecular breeding.
