摘要
湖南省是杂交水稻制种大省。本文通过问卷调查、现场座谈、专家咨询等方式开展了一系列深入调研,发现湖南省种子生产存在高标准农田占比低、种管机械化水平较低、比较效益低等问题,在此基础上提出了针对性的建议和措施,即以“三个专业化”推进全程机械化、以全程机械化制种驱动“五化”建设、制种产业融入乡村振兴战略。
Hunan Province is a major province of hybrid rice seed production.In this paper,a series of in-depth investigations have been carried out by means of questionnaire survey,on-the-spot discussion and expert consultation.It is found that there are some problems in seed production in Hunan Province,such as high standard farmland,low mechanization level of seed management,low comparative benefit and so on.On this basis,targeted suggestions and measures are put forward.That is,to promote the whole process of mechanization with the"three specializations",to drive the"five modernizations"construction with the whole process of mechanized seed production,and to integrate the seed production industry into the strategy of rural revitalization.
