摘要
后疫情时代中国旅游业复苏,江苏省作为中国旅游资源大省,其外文公示语标注已较为普遍,但却存在拼写错误、语法错误、表意不清、中式英语、版本不一等问题。在目的论的指导下,通过对江苏省八家5A级景区的公示语翻译进行研究,探究其翻译存在的不足之处,并提出恰当的修改意见及策略,从而提升景区公示语翻译的准确性、规范性,更好地发挥公示语对外籍游客的提示、引导等作用,提升外籍游客的旅游体验,促进中国入境旅游的蓬勃发展。
In the post-pandemic era,the tourism industry in China is recovering.Jiangsu Province,as a major tourist resource province in China,has a relatively widespread use of foreign language public notices.However,there are issues such as spelling errors,grammatical mistakes,unclear meaning,Chinglish,and inconsistent versions.Under the guidance of Skopos Theory,this study examines the translations of public notices in eight 5A-level tourist attractions in Jiangsu Province,explores the deficiencies in their translations and proposes appropriate modifications and strategies.This aims to enhance the accuracy and standardization of the translation of public notices,better fulfill their role in informing and guiding foreign tourists,improve the travel experience of foreign tourists and promote the vigorous development of China’s inbound tourism.
