情感教育视域下教师对师生关系知觉的研究

摘要 师生关系作为认知教育和情感教育的纽带,直接决定着学校教育的质量。鉴于教师是师生关系的主导者,因而选取TALIS 2018的中国上海、日本、芬兰和加拿大阿尔伯塔数据,探究并分析教师对师生关系的知觉。结果显示:四个国家(地区)教师知觉的师生关系整体良好;四个国家(地区)教师知觉的师生关系存在差异;四个国家(地区)教师特征因素与师生关系存在部分相关,特别是发现中国上海教师教龄对师生关系有负向影响。本研究借助四种文化背景下教师对师生关系的评价,分析并尝试为我国中小学教师培训和教师自我发展提供实证支持。
