摘要
新质生产力强调以新兴产业为主导,以未来产业为支撑,急需优质技术技能人才,高职院校作为培育技术技能型人才的主阵地,理应承担起此重任。从布迪厄理论视角出发,高职院校服务教学成果是多维场域网格交织变化的产物,在实际过程中,还存在发展结构不合理、思维守旧固化和资源整合不足等困境,为此,要确立以服务新质生产力发展为目标的高职院校发展新定位,打造良好育人新场域、厘清高职院校价值导向、重塑高职院校服务新生态。
The new-quality productivity emphasizes the emerging industries as the leading force and the future industries as the support.There is an urgent need for high-quality technical and skilled talents.As the main cradle for cultivating technical and skilled talents,higher vocational colleges should undertake this important task.From the perspective of Bourdieu’s theory,the service teaching achievements of higher vocational colleges are the products of the interwoven changes of multi-dimensional field grids.In the actual process,there are still difficulties such as poor development structure,conservative traditional thinking and incomplete resource integration.To this end,it is necessary to establish a new development orientation for higher vocational colleges with the goal of serving new-quality productivity development,create a favorable new educational environment,clarify the value orientation of higher vocational colleges,and reshape a new service ecosystem for higher vocational colleges.
