摘要
随着科技的进步和农业现代化的推进,新质生产力成为推动经济社会发展的重要力量,涉农高职院校作为培养农业相关专业人才的重要基地,其电子信息类专业的人才培养质量对于推动农业现代化进程至关重要。该文剖析新质生产力视角下该专业人才培养面临的挑战,从课程体系、教学方法、师资队伍等多方面提出切实可行的人才培养路径,以切实提升涉农高职院校电子信息类专业人才培养质量,为行业输送高素质应用型人才。
With technological advancements and the progression of agricultural modernization,new-quality productive forces have emerged as a crucial driver of socioeconomic development.Agricultural vocational colleges,serving as key training bases for agriculture-related professionals,play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in electronic information specialties to advance agricultural modernization.This study analyzes the challenges faced by these specialties from the perspective of new-quality productive forces and proposes practical talent cultivation pathways,covering curriculum systems,teaching methodologies,and faculty development.This paper aims to effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation in electronic information specialties at agricultural vocational colleges,thereby supplying the industry with high-quality application-oriented professionals.
