摘要
灵台县寺峪川水库是黑河流域水资源开发利用中的重要工程,寺峪川河水量充沛,现状开发利用程度偏低,为合理开发流域水资源,拟在寺峪川河规划建设寺峪川水库。在分析受水区的供水现状及水资源开发利用存在的问题的基础上,论证了寺峪川水库建设的必要性。通过新建寺峪川水库,不仅可解决梁原乡、朝那镇两个乡镇的生活、生产用水和寺峪川沿岸农田灌溉用水问题,也可以提高县域水资源的开发利用率,又可以增加调蓄能力,完善灵台县水利基础设施网络,因此,该项目的建设是十分必要的。
Siyuchuan reservoir in Lingtai county is an important project in the development and utilization of water resources in the Heihe River Basin.The siyuchuan river is abundant and the current level of development and utilization is low.In order to reasonably develop the water resources in the basin,it is planned to build the siyuchuan reservoir in the siyuchuan River.Based on the analysis of the current situation of water supply in the water receiving area and the problems existing in the development and utilization of water resources,the necessity of the construction of siyuchuan reservoir is demonstrated.The new siyuchuan reservoir can not only solve the problems of living and production water in Liangyuan Township and Chaona Town,but also improve the development and utilization rate of water resources in the county,increase the regulation and storage capacity,and improve the water conservancy infrastructure network in Lingtai county.Therefore,the construction of the project is very necessary.
