摘要
在乡村振兴战略背景下,应准确研判县域经济发展态势,促进南水北调工程沿线受水区县域水资源集约节约利用与县域经济的融合发展。为此,以南水北调东线工程沿线县域为研究对象,深入分析受水区内县域水环境现状,提出因地制宜实施水资源集约节约利用的措施,并基于南水北调东线水资源和水空间的多维价值,探索提出水资源集约节约利用与县域经济融合发展模式,旨在助力县域经济发展。
In the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to accurately analyze and assess the development trend of county economy,strengthen the intensive economical utilization and high-quality development of county water resources in the receiving areas along the South-to-North Water diversion Project,and promote the integrated development with county economy.Therefore,based on the counties and towns along the East route of the South-to North Water Transfer project,this study deeply examines the current water environment status in the counties of the receiving areas,implements localized intensive and efficient water resource management,fully taps the multi-dimensional value of water resources and water space of the east route of the South-to-North water Transfer project,and explores the integrated development mode of intensive conservation and utilization of water resources and county economy to help county economic development.
