摘要
利用系统动力学(SD)方法建立了区域水资源承载力模型,结合河南省区域经济发展状况设计了三种水资源利用方案并进行分析和计算,得出规划水平年的承载能力和用水状况。根据模拟结果,优选出人水协调发展的优化调控模式,为实现河南省水资源可持续发展提供了参考。
In this paper the model of regional water resources bearing capacity is established. Taking Henan Province as an example,three kinds of water resources utilization programs are proposed, analyzed and calculated. As a result, the bearing capacity and water consume situation for planned year become clear. On the basis of simulation results,the optimal control mode which meets both human and water benefits is obtained, and provides reference for sustainable development of water resources in Henan Province.
