摘要
加拿大多伦多大学通过制定个性化职业发展目标、培养学生沟通合作能力以及鼓励教师实施创新实践活动等方式,增强了学生的职业发展认知和规划能力,实现了职业生涯教育课程的突破性进步。目前,我国高职院校的职业生涯教育在课程内容、教学方法以及师资队伍等方面尚存在一些问题,未来可借鉴多伦多大学职业生涯教育课程的优质经验,设定个体职业发展目标,贯彻终身学习理念;培育专业职业生涯教育教师队伍,提升师资水平;丰富职业生涯教育课程内容,创新授课形式;完善职业生涯教育课程体系,形成三方联动。
The University of Toronto in Canada has enhanced students'cognition and planning ability of career development by formulating personalized career development goals,cultivating communication and cooperation skills,and encouraging innovative practical activities,thus achieving breakthrough progress in career education courses.At present,there are still some problems in career education in China's higher vocational colleges in terms of curriculum content,teaching methods and teaching staff.In the future,we will learn from the high-quality experience of career education courses in the University of Toronto:set individual career development goals and implement the concept of lifelong learning;cultivate a team of professional career education teachers and improve the level of teachers;enrich the content of career education courses and innovate teaching forms;improve the career education curriculum system and form a tripartite linkage.
