摘要
随着全球经济一体化和数字经济的快速发展,跨境电商已经成为推动经济发展的重要引擎,因此培养和输送具备高水平职业道德素养的跨境电商人才已经成为高职院校的重要任务。文章探讨了高职院校跨境电商专业学生职业道德素养的内涵、培养重要性和培养过程中存在的问题,提出了加强课程建设、强化师资力量、整合社会资源等对策,以提升学生的职业道德素养,以促进高职院校跨境电商专业职业道德素养教育体系的优化与完善。
With the rapid development of global economic integration and digital economy,cross-border e-commerce has become an important engine to promote economic development.Therefore,cultivating and delivering talents with high-level professional ethics has become an important task for vocational colleges.The article explores the connotation,importance,and problems of cultivating the professional ethics of students majoring in cross-border e-commerce in vocational colleges.It proposes measures such as strengthening curriculum construction,enhancing teaching staff,and integrating social resources to enhance students'professional ethics and promote the optimization and improvement of the vocational ethics education system for cross-border e-commerce majors in vocational colleges.
